Ingredients

  • 140 g Basmati Rice (soaked)
  • 400 g Water
  • 2 Boiled Eggs (peeled)
  • 2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 4 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 piece Potato (peeled and diced)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
  • 40 Mint Leaves (cleaned)
  • 0.75 tsp Chicken Biryani Masala
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Purée
  • 100 g Onion (diced)
  • 100 g Onion (sliced for garnish)
  • 200 g Onion (hand-chopped for garnish)
  • Silver Foil

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 140g soaked Basmati rice, 400ml water, 2 peeled boiled eggs, 2 finely chopped green chillies, 0.25 tsp black pepper, 0.5 tsp jeera, 4 tbsp refined oil, 1 diced potato, 5g peeled and chopped ginger, 10 cloves peeled and minced garlic, 40 cleaned mint leaves, 0.75 tsp chicken biryani masala, and 1 tbsp tomato puree to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Sauté" mode at 100°C for 30 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the spices and vegetables

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the ingredients for 30 minutes at 100°C. Then, it will automatically switch to a simmering setting at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add 100g diced onion and 250g water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Cover with silver foil. The device will cook at 95°C for 20 minutes with automatic stirring. After cooking, let it rest for 5 minutes.

The dish is ready

Garnish with 200g hand-chopped caramelized onions (prepared separately) and serve. Garnish with 2g cleaned mint leaves if desired.
