Ingredients

  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 10 tsp instant coffee powder
  • 100 g sugar
  • 40 g milk powder
  • 350 g TetraPak milk
  • 10 g almonds (chopped)

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 100g sugar, 40g milk powder, and 350g TetraPak milk to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the base

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir and heat the mixture in the jar to 90°C for 10 minutes using the "TAT" heating mode, followed by 5 minutes at 20°C using "CLASSIC" mode. Automatic stirring will be employed throughout.

Add remaining ingredients and mix

Add 10 tsp instant coffee powder and 10g chopped almonds to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will then mix the ingredients at 90°C for 2 minutes using "TAT" heating mode and automatic stirring.

The dish is ready for freezing

The ice cream base is ready. Transfer the mixture to popsicle molds and freeze for 6-7 hours. Once frozen, coat with melted chocolate (melted separately per original recipe instructions) and chopped almonds.
