Add almonds, cashews, coconut, and ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 2 minutes. The device will now roast the dry fruits.
Add rice, 200g coconut milk and jaggery to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, stir at speed 1 for 10 minutes.
Add the remaining 400g of coconut milk and cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring, then at 95°C for 6 minutes, and finally stir at speed 1 for 10 minutes.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stop. Carefully remove the Pazham Pradhaman from The Upliance 2.0 jar and garnish with additional dry fruits as desired. The dish is ready to serve.
