    Ingredients

    • 80g Moong Dal Split - Yellow (washed and soaked for 1 hour)
    • 400ml water
    • 330ml water
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 3g Ginger (peeled and minced)
    • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled and minced)
    • 1 piece Green Chilli (stems removed and minced)
    • 50g Spinach (washed and chopped)
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
    • 0.5 tsp Salt
    • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

      Prepare Aromatics

      Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 1 tsp Jeera, and 0.25 tsp Hing to The Upliance jar. Next, add 3g peeled Ginger, 6 peeled Garlic cloves, and 1 Green Chilli (stems removed). The Upliance will then cut these ingredients for 10 seconds on low heat.

      Sauté Aromatics and Spinach

      The Upliance will automatically sauté the aromatics on medium heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring. Then, add 50g washed Spinach, 0.25 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Garam Masala, and 0.5 tsp Salt to the jar. The Upliance will cut the spinach for 8 seconds on low heat and then sauté it for 2 minutes on medium heat with automatic stirring.

      Cook the Dal

      Add the 80g washed and soaked Moong Dal Split - Yellow and 330ml water to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will now cook the dal on medium heat with automatic stirring for approximately 20 minutes.

      Finish and Serve

      Once the dal is cooked, The Upliance will prompt you to garnish with 4 stems of minced Coriander Leaves. The Moong Dal with Spinach is now ready to be served.
