Add refined oil, sweet corn, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the mixture. Select the "Sauté Aromatics" preset. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook for 3 minutes at speed 14 with lid and cap off, using TAT heating mode at 95°C. Then, switch to "Sautéing Spinach and Corn" preset. The device will continue cooking for 15 minutes at speed 13, using TAT heating mode at 95°C and then switching to RICECOOKER heating mode at 100°C for 7 minutes.
The Corn Palak Subzi is ready. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir throughout the cooking process. Remove from the jar and serve hot.
