Add ghee, mustard seeds, jeera, green chilli, bay leaf, and dried red chillies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now sauté the spices.
Add washed rice, grated coconut, cashews, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the cooking program for coconut rice. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook the rice at 95°C for approximately 22 minutes.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch to a keep warm mode. Let the rice rest in the jar for 5 minutes to fluff.
Remove the coconut rice from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with minced coriander leaves. The coconut rice is ready to serve.
