Ingredients

  • 430g Chicken - Curry Cut (washed)
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 150g Onion (roughly chopped)
  • 130g Tomato (cut)
  • 140 ml Water
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 6g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

Add base ingredients

Add 2 tbsp onions, jeera, thyme, peanut butter, red chilli sauce, and a small portion (approx 130g) of chicken to The Upliance jar.

Sauté the base

The device will now sauté the mixture on medium heat for 7 minutes. The Upliance utilizes automatic stirring to combine the peanut butter and spices.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add water, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chilli, the remaining onions, and the rest of the chicken to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the curry on medium heat for approximately 31 minutes.

The dish is ready

The Peanut Chicken Curry is fully cooked. Garnish with dried parsley and serve hot.
