
An Indian take on a famous Ethiopian dish. It is nutty, tangy and definitely healthy
Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 0.5 tsp Thyme, 130 g chopped Onion, 130 g sliced Button Mushroom, 6 g peeled and minced Ginger, 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed and chopped), and 8 cloves peeled and minced Garlic to The Upliance jar.
The Upliance will now sauté the ingredients. Select sauté mode at medium heat for approximately 11 minutes with automatic stirring, creating a fragrant base for the curry.
Add 300 g washed Curry Cut Chicken, 80 g washed and diced Tomato, 50 g washed Spinach, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce, and 2 tbsp Peanut Butter to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will cook this mixture at medium heat for approximately 6 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, add 140 ml Water and let The Upliance simmer the curry at medium heat for approximately 14 minutes, followed by simmering at low heat for 10 minutes with continuous automatic stirring.
The Peanut Chicken Curry is now ready. Carefully transfer the curry from The Upliance jar to a serving bowl and garnish with 1 tsp Dried Parsley before serving hot.
