Ingredients

  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Hing (none)
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 100 g Cauliflower (trimmed)
  • 100 g Carrot (chopped)
  • 50 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Kashmiri Mirch (none)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt (none)
  • 1.5 tsp Coriander Powder (none)
  • 80 ml Water (none)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Prepare the base

Add ginger and green chillies to The Upliance jar. The device will chop them, then add oil, jeera, hing, and curry leaves.

Sauté the aromatics

The device will now sauté the ingredients on medium heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring to release the flavors.

Add vegetables and cook

Add cauliflower, carrots, peas, powdered spices, and water to the jar. The device will cook on low heat for 17 minutes until vegetables are tender.

Garnish and Serve

The dish is ready. Open the lid, garnish with fresh coriander leaves, and serve hot with Roti or Paratha.
