DelishUps take on the chicken pulao.
First, ensure 140g Basmati Rice is measured, washed, and soaking in a bowl for 1 hour. In The Upliance jar, add 2 tbsp Ghee, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 2 pieces Green Cardamom, and 2 pieces Clove. Follow this by adding 3 hand-chopped Onions, 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed), 10 stems Coriander Leaves (roots cut), and 10 peeled Garlic cloves.
The Upliance will automatically sauté the whole spices on high heat for 1 minute. Next, the device will automatically chop the added aromatics for 10 seconds. Then, it will sauté these aromatics on low heat for 15 minutes, utilizing automatic stirring. Afterwards, add 200g Chicken Seekh Kabab, 1 tsp Salt, and 1 tbsp Chicken Biryani Masala to The Upliance jar. The device will continue to sauté the chicken on low heat for 3 minutes with automatic stirring, creating the biryani base.
Strain the 140g soaked Basmati Rice and add it to The Upliance jar along with 350g Water. Add 1 piece Silver Foil on top of the ingredients before closing the lid. The Upliance will then cook the biryani on medium heat for 20 minutes, followed by low heat for 7 minutes. Remember to manually stir the biryani once during this cooking cycle.
While the biryani cooks, caramelize the remaining 2 hand-chopped Onions with 5 tbsp Refined Oil in a separate pan until golden. Once The Upliance finishes cooking, let the biryani sit for 5 minutes in the jar. Garnish with the caramelized onions and 2g cleaned Mint Leaves. The delicious Chicken Seekh Biryani is now ready to be enjoyed.
