Ingredients

  • 50 g Sona Masoori Rice (soaked for 1 hour)
  • 20 g Walnuts
  • 20 g Almonds
  • 10 g Cashews
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 200 ml TetraPak Milk
  • 8 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add soaked rice, milk, sugar, and cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook Phirni

Select the "Cooking Phirni" preset on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically cook at 95°C for approximately 2100 seconds with automatic stirring.

Add roasted nuts

Once the Phirni is cooked, add the pre-roasted nuts (prepared in a separate step using the sauté function at 110°C for 2 minutes) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will mix for 10 seconds on a low speed (speed 5).

The dish is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the Phirni from The Upliance 2.0 jar and serve warm or chilled. Garnish as desired.
