Ingredients

  • 10 cloves Garlic (whole)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil (none)
  • 80 g Broccoli (cut)
  • 80 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 100 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 1 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce (none)
  • 1 tbsp Chilli Vinegar (none)
  • 1 tsp Honey (none)
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Brown Sugar (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt (none)
  • 30 ml Water (none)
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add aromatics

Add garlic cloves and green chilli to The Upliance jar.

Chop and Sauté

The device will now cut the aromatics for 10 seconds. After adding oil, the device will sauté the mixture on medium heat for 1 minute with automatic stirring.

Add vegetables and cook

Add broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, corn flour, sugar, salt, and water to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the vegetables and thicken the sauce on low heat for approximately 14 minutes.

Serve

The dish is ready. Transfer to a bowl, garnish with minced coriander leaves, and serve hot.
