Ingredients

  • 100 g Rajma (soaked overnight and pressure cooked)
  • 130 g Onion (cut into quarters)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 130 g Tomato (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Coriander Leaves (chopped)
  • Assorted Spices (Turmeric, Amchur, Jeera, Rajma Masala, Garam Masala)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add the quartered onions, ginger, garlic, green chilli, and refined oil to The Upliance jar.

The device will now cut and sauté

The device will chop the aromatics and sauté them on medium heat for approximately 9 minutes until the onions turn golden brown with automatic stirring.

Add tomatoes, spices, and rajma

Add tomatoes, turmeric, amchur, jeera powder, rajma masala, garam masala, salt, and the boiled rajma with its water. The device will cook the masala on medium heat and then simmer the curry on low heat for about 19 minutes.

The dish is ready

The dish is ready. Open the lid, garnish with fresh coriander leaves and a tablespoon of ghee, and serve hot.
