Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Ghee
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 1.5 tbsp Jeera (crushed)
  • 6 Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 0.75 tsp Ginger (peeled and grated)
  • 0.75 tsp Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 100g Barnyard Millets (rinsed)
  • 300 ml Water

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add ghee, refined oil, jeera, green chillies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the spices and millets

Add ginger, green chillies, salt, barnyard millets, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook using the following settings: first 10 seconds at 20°C, then 300 seconds at 95°C, followed by another 10 seconds at 20°C, and finally 600 seconds at 95°C with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above with additional ingredients (optional)

This step is optional. You can add other vegetables (diced carrots, potatoes etc) at this stage. If adding, adjust cooking time as needed and use automatic stirring.

The dish is ready
