Add ghee, refined oil, jeera, green chillies to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with automatic stirring.
Add ginger, green chillies, salt, barnyard millets, and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook using the following settings: first 10 seconds at 20°C, then 300 seconds at 95°C, followed by another 10 seconds at 20°C, and finally 600 seconds at 95°C with automatic stirring.
This step is optional. You can add other vegetables (diced carrots, potatoes etc) at this stage. If adding, adjust cooking time as needed and use automatic stirring.
