    • 1.25 tbsp Sambar Powder
    • 1.25 tsp Salt
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 1 Tomato (cut)
    • 50 g Moong Dal Split (washed)
    • 0.75 tbsp Tamarind Paste
    • 700 g Water
    • 1 Drumstick (trimmed)
    • 40 g French Beans (washed)
    • 40 g Red Pumpkin (cubed)
    • 40 g Carrot (peeled)
    • 40 g Potato (peeled)
    • 240 g Idli Batter (approx)
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves
