Add 1 tbsp Refined Oil, 6g peeled Ginger, 1 tsp Mustard Seeds, 1 tsp Turmeric, 0.5 tsp Hing, 10 washed Curry Leaves, and 2 Dried Red Chilies (stems removed) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté these aromatics at 95°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring.
Add 350g pre-steamed rice, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 0.75 tsp salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The Upliance 2.0 will cook the rice at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring at a speed of 13, then reduce speed to 1 for 3 minutes.
Add 30g Roasted Peanuts and 4 minced Coriander leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will gently mix for 1 minute at 20°C.
The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the Lemon Rice from the jar and serve.
