    Ingredients

    • 6 g ginger (peeled)
    • 1 tbsp refined oil
    • 1 tsp mustard seeds
    • 10 leaves curry leaves (washed)
    • 0.5 tsp hing
    • 0.75 tsp turmeric
    • 2 dried red chillies (stems removed)
    • 30 g roasted peanuts
    • 350 g pre steamed rice
    • 1.25 tsp salt
    • 1 tbsp lemon juice (squeezed)
    • 4 stems coriander leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Lemon Rice also known as Chitranna or Nimmakaya Pulihora is a crunchy, flavorful, tasty, and tangy dish that is easy, using lemon juice, fried nuts, and spices combine perfectly to give this steamed rice an amazingly spicy, tangy, and nutty flavor. Pair with Curd

      Prepare the ginger base

      Add the peeled ginger to The Upliance jar.

      The device will chop the ginger. Then add refined oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves, hing, turmeric, dried red chillies, and roasted peanuts. The device will sauté the mixture on low heat for 10 minutes.
