Ingredients

  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut into quarters)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 4 stems Celery (cleaned)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 0.25 tsp Thyme (dried)
  • 1 cube Magic Cubes (crumbled)
  • 30 g Cheddar Cheese (grated or cubed)
  • 60 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 60 g Potato (peeled)
  • 100 g Cauliflower (trimmed)
  • 200 g Coconut Milk
  • 300 ml Water

Prepare aromatics

Add onion, green chilli, garlic, and celery to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop these ingredients in 10 seconds. Once chopped, add the olive oil.

The device will now sauté the mixture on low heat for 3 minutes with automatic stirring to release the flavors.

Add vegetables and cook

Add carrots, potatoes, cauliflower, coconut milk, water, spices, and cheese to The Upliance jar. The device will cook everything on low heat for approximately 30 minutes, stirring and blending the soup to a creamy consistency.
