An aromatic fish curry from coastal Karnataka. This is a recipe where you make the sauce in DelishUp and fry the fish on stove and then cook all the goodness together in DelishUp. Pair with fluffy appams, dosa or rice

Add water, blended paste, yellow mustard seeds, grated coconut, and salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes.
The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and simmer the sauce at 100°C for 8 minutes. Add shredded coconut and turmeric powder after 4 minutes of cooking.
Place the cleaned Rohu steaks on a banana leaf, spread a thin layer of the mustard oil, and wrap securely. Place the wrapped fish into the Upliance 2.0 jar's external steamer basket and place on top of the sauce. The device will now steam the fish along with the sauce. Select steam mode at 95°C for 1500 seconds (25 minutes).
Once steaming is complete, carefully remove the fish parcels from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with minced coriander leaves (4 stems) and serve hot with appam, dosa, or rice.
