Dosa batter is a fermented batter made from a combination of rice and black gram (also known as urad dal). The rice and black gram are soaked separately and ground into a smooth paste. Dosa batter for 2 portions makes 10 Dosas
After soaking the Urad dal, Chana dal, and Methi seeds separately, drain the water and add the ingredients into The Upliance jar.
The Upliance will grind the dal mixture at high speed for approximately 2 minutes until it transforms into a smooth, fluffy paste.
Add the soaked rice, prepared poha, and fresh water to the jar. The device will grind the rice and automatically mix it with the dal paste for about 6 minutes to form a consistent batter.
The Upliance will now maintain low heat for 7 hours to ferment the batter perfectly inside the jar. Once fermentation is complete, the batter is ready to make crispy dosas.
Skip the knife work. Add the ingredients and let Upliance handle the rest.
