Ingredients

  • 70 g Split Urad Dal (washed and soaked)
  • 26 g Chana Dal (washed and soaked)
  • 0.5 tsp Methi Seeds (soaked)
  • 255 g Idli Rice (washed and soaked)
  • 30 g Medium Poha (sieved and washed)
  • 130 ml Water (for grinding)
  • 900 ml Water (for soaking)

Instructions

1

Add soaked dals to jar

After soaking the Urad dal, Chana dal, and Methi seeds separately, drain the water and add the ingredients into The Upliance jar.

2

The device will now blend the dal

The Upliance will grind the dal mixture at high speed for approximately 2 minutes until it transforms into a smooth, fluffy paste.

3

Repeat for rice and mix

Add the soaked rice, prepared poha, and fresh water to the jar. The device will grind the rice and automatically mix it with the dal paste for about 6 minutes to form a consistent batter.

4

The batter is ready

The Upliance will now maintain low heat for 7 hours to ferment the batter perfectly inside the jar. Once fermentation is complete, the batter is ready to make crispy dosas.
