Ingredients

  • 200 g Spinach (trimmed)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 5 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Onion (halved)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 200 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 250 ml Water

Prepare the aromatics

Add onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilli to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop these ingredients in 10 seconds.

Sauté and cook mushrooms

Add oil to the jar. The device will sauté the aromatics on low heat for 3 minutes. Add mushrooms; the device will chop them and cook the mixture on low heat for 7 minutes.

Simmer the curry

Add spinach, water, garam masala, tamarind paste, sugar, and salt. The Upliance will chop the spinach and simmer the gravy on low heat for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.

The Spinach Mushroom Curry is ready. Serve hot with a wedge of lime alongside Rice or Chapati.
