    Instructions

The fabulous and scrumptious ‘Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi’ is super easy and quick. Only the basic kitchen ingredients are required for this sabzi. This a quick solution for the days when you don’t have any vegetables in the fridge. Pair with Roti/Rice

    1. 1

      Sauté Spices and Aromatics

Add refined oil, mustard seeds, jeera, hing, peeled ginger, green chilli (stem removed), and onion (cut into four) to The Upliance jar. The device will now sauté these for approximately 30 seconds at medium heat, followed by 3 minutes at low heat, with automatic stirring.

    2. 2

      Cook the Sabzi Base

Repeat the above by adding hand-chopped tomatoes, Kashmiri mirch, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, turmeric, sugar, and water to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will then cook the sabzi with automatic stirring for approximately 21 minutes at low heat, ensuring all ingredients are well combined and simmered.

    3. 3

      Achieve Desired Consistency

Repeat the above by letting The Upliance finely chop the cooked sabzi for 8 seconds, ensuring a desired consistency for the gravy. This step helps in achieving a smoother texture.

    4. 4

      Garnish and Serve

The dish is ready! Garnish the Sev Tamatar Sabzi with sev, minced coriander leaves, and butter. Serve hot with roti or rice.
