    • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 0.5 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
    • 0.25 tsp Hing (Asafoetida)
    • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 1 Onion (cut into quarters)
    • 5 Tomatoes (hand chopped)
    • 1.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 0.75 tsp Garam Masala
    • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.25 tsp Sugar
    • 80 ml Water
    • 40 g Sev
    • 15 g Butter
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    The fabulous and scrumptious ‘Sev Tamatar Ki Sabzi’ is super easy and quick. Only the basic kitchen ingredients are required for this sabzi. This a quick solution for the days when you don’t have any vegetables in the fridge. Pair with Roti/Rice

      Add tempering and aromatics

      Add oil, mustard seeds, jeera, and hing to The Upliance jar. Then add the peeled ginger, green chilli, and quartered onion.

      Chop and Sauté

      The device will sauté the spices on medium heat for 30 seconds. Then, it will automatically chop the onions and chillies, followed by sautéing the mixture on low heat for 3 minutes.

      Cook the Masala Gravy

      Add chopped tomatoes, powdered spices (turmeric, chili, coriander, garam masala, salt, sugar), and water to the jar. The device will cook the gravy on low heat for 21 minutes with automatic stirring.

      Garnish and Serve

      The dish is ready. Transfer the gravy to a serving bowl and immediately mix in the Sev, butter, and chopped coriander leaves to ensure the Sev stays crunchy.
