Ingredients

  • 20 pieces Tomatoes (cut in two)
  • 1 large Onion (cut in four)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 Dried Red Chillies (stems removed)
  • 100 g White Wine Vinegar
  • 20 tsp Sugar
  • 4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Corn Flour (optional)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger, dried red chillies, and cinnamon sticks to The Upliance jar.

The device will now cook the base

The device will cook and blend the vegetables on low heat for about 60 minutes with automatic stirring to create a smooth puree.

Add seasonings and simmer

Strain the puree and return liquid to The Upliance jar. Add sugar, vinegar, and spices. The device will simmer on low heat for 25 minutes to thicken.

The dish is ready

Allow the ketchup to cool completely. Transfer to an airtight glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks.
