Add 20 pieces Tomato (cut into two), 10 cloves Garlic (peeled), 2 pieces Clove, 5 pieces Dried Red Chilli (stems removed), 1 piece Onion (cut into four), 1g Cinnamon Stick, 3g Ginger (peeled), and 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (whole) to The Upliance jar. The built-in scale will ensure precise measurements.
The Upliance will now cook the ingredients on low heat for approximately 86 minutes with automatic stirring. After cooking, strain the tomato mixture using a sieve to remove pulp. Reuse The Upliance jar after rinsing it with water.
Add 20 tsp Sugar, 100g White Wine Vinegar, 4 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Black Salt, and 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch to The Upliance jar. If your ketchup is watery, add either 1 tbsp Rice Flour or 1 tbsp Corn Flour. The Upliance will then simmer the mixture on low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring to achieve the perfect consistency.
The homemade Tomato Ketchup is now ready. Let it cool down completely. Store the ketchup in a glass airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
