Ingredients

  • 160 g Coconut (shredded)
  • 1.5 tsp Green Cardamom Powder
  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 220 g Coconut (shredded)
  • 10 g Almonds (chopped)
  • 10 g Pistachio (chopped)
  • 10 g Cashews

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add 160g shredded coconut and 1.5 tsp green cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cook the coconut mixture

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically stir and cook the mixture at 95°C for 5 minutes using the 'TAT' heating mode.

Add ghee and sauté

Add 1.5 tbsp ghee and 220g shredded coconut to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now sauté the mixture at 90°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring and scraping.

The dish is ready

Remove the mixture from The Upliance 2.0 jar, let it cool, spread it on a greased plate, and let it cool completely. Once cooled, cut into squares and garnish with chopped almonds, pistachios, and cashews. The Coconut Barfi is ready to serve.
