Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 200 g Paneer (cut)
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 16 Cashews (chopped)
  • 100 ml Water
  • 50 g Onion
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 0.25 tsp Garam Masala
  • 0.25 tsp Green Chilli
  • 60 g Curd
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Paneer, Ginger Garlic Paste to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn golden. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

Add chopped Cashews, Water, Onion, Turmeric, Coriander Powder, Jeera Powder, Garam Masala, and Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 95°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add Curd to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook at 90°C for 8 minutes with automatic stirring.

Garnish with minced Coriander Leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically signal completion. The Paneer Afghani is ready to serve.
