Add peeled and cut raw mango, Nigella Seeds, Ajwain, Processed Raw Mango, Refined Oil, Salt, Garlic, Mustard Seeds, Turmeric, Fennel Seeds, Jaggery Powder, Jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, Methi Seeds, and Dried Red Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar.
Select sauté mode on The Upliance 2.0 at 95°C for 150 seconds. The device will automatically stir the ingredients. Then, select the cooking mode at 95°C for 300 seconds with automatic stirring (stir duty 6, stir angle 140).
After the initial cooking, add the remaining ingredients (if any) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will continue cooking at 95°C for an additional 1200 seconds (stir duty 6, stir angle 140). Then, cook for another 480 seconds at 95°C. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir the mixture throughout the cooking process.
Once the cooking is complete, remove the Mitka Achaar from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Allow to cool completely and store in a glass jar. Refrigerate.
