Ingredients

  • 40g Capsicum (cutFour)
  • 50g Onion (cutTwo)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (removed)
  • 100g Tomato (cutTwo)
  • 90g Macaroni
  • 0.5 tsp Oregano Seasoning (powder)
  • 120ml Pasta Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (none)
  • 0.5 tbsp Parmesan Cheese (none)
  • 5g Black Pepper (22ebe17f-251a-4533-bbb6-b3fcce9c11e5)
  • 1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Capsicum, Onion, Garlic, Green Chilli, and Tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cut the vegetables using the pre-programmed settings.

The device will now cook the tomatoes

The Upliance 2.0 will cook the tomatoes at 95°C for 300 seconds using automatic stirring and PID control (TAT mode). Add oil and saute aromatics (garlic, onion, and chilli) at 100°C for 30 seconds in the Upliance 2.0 jar (Lid and cap off).

Add remaining ingredients and cook pasta

Add Macaroni, Oregano Seasoning, Pasta Sauce, Parmesan Cheese, Tomato Ketchup, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the pasta at 95°C for 780 seconds using automatic stirring and PID control (TAT mode). Let the pasta rest for 300 seconds at 95°C with no stirring (TAT mode).

The dish is ready

Garnish with remaining Parmesan Cheese and Black Pepper. The Veg Macaroni is ready to serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
