Add 170g peeled mango, 4 tbsp ghee, 100g suji, and 0.5 tsp green cardamom powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now roast the suji at 110°C for 2 minutes (x2, outside the device).
Add 40g khowa to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Cooking Khowa" preset. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir and cook at 95°C for 3 minutes.
Add 20g soaked saffron, 350ml TetraPak milk, and 80g sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now cook the halwa at 95°C for 18 minutes using automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Garnish as desired and serve.
