Add 170g peeled ripe mango to The Upliance jar. The device will now make mango pulp on a low heat setting for 8 minutes with automatic stirring. Separately, soak 0.25 tsp saffron in 20g milk and set aside. After making the pulp, add 4 tbsp ghee, 100g suji, and 0.5 tsp green cardamom powder to The Upliance jar.
The Upliance will roast the suji mixture on a medium heat setting for 2 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, add 40g khowa to The Upliance jar. The device will cook this mixture on a medium heat setting for 3 minutes with automatic stirring until well combined.
Add 350ml water and 80g sugar to The Upliance jar. Then incorporate the prepared mango pulp, roasted suji, and the saffron milk mixture. The Upliance will initially heat the mixture on a low heat setting for 10 seconds, then continue cooking on a medium heat setting for 18 minutes with automatic stirring to achieve the perfect halwa consistency.
Once the halwa is cooked, transfer it from The Upliance jar to a serving bowl. Garnish with 10g chopped almonds and 10g cut mango pieces. The delicious Mango Halwa is now ready to be served.
