Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (whole)
  • 300 g Potato (cut into wedges)
  • 120 ml Water
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Amchur Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 1 piece Capsicum (diced)
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (chopped)

Add spices to jar

Add refined oil and jeera to The Upliance jar. Select sauté mode on medium heat for 1.5 minutes to bloom the spices aromatically.

The device will cook the potatoes

Add potato wedges, water, turmeric, chili powder, amchur, coriander powder, and salt to the jar. The device will cook the potatoes on low heat for 7 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add capsicum and finish cooking

Add the diced capsicum to the mixture. The device will continue to simmer the gravy on medium heat for approximately 30 minutes until the vegetables are tender.

The dish is ready

Once the cooking cycle is complete, garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve the Aloo Capsicum Gravy hot with roti or naan.
