    • 300 g Potato (cut into wedges)
    • 120 ml Water
    • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.5 tsp Amchur Powder
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1 piece Capsicum (diced)
    • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (chopped)

    This homely aloo capsicum recipe made without onion or garlic comes together in 30 minutes. Pair with roti/naan

      Add spices to jar
