    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
    • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 1 tsp Tamarind Paste
    • 1 tbsp Jaggery or Sugar (optional)
    • Salt (to taste)
    • 350 ml Water
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    Mango Pulsu is a traditional South Indian dish typically prepared during the summer when mangoes are in season. It is a tangy and spicy dish that is made with ripe mangoes, tamarind, and a few other flavorful ingredients. Use small and ripe mangoes for this recipe. Pair with steamed Rice
