Ingredients

  • 250 g Ripe Mango (peeled and cubed)
  • 1.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 1 Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 10 Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 1 tsp Tamarind Paste
  • 1 tbsp Jaggery or Sugar (optional)
  • Salt (to taste)
  • 350 ml Water
  • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Add tempering ingredients

Add refined oil, mustard seeds, hing, green chilli, and curry leaves to The Upliance jar.

Sauté spices and cook mango

The device will sauté the spices on medium heat for 30 seconds. Add peeled mangoes, salt, Kashmiri Mirch, and tamarind paste. The device will cook the mangoes on low heat for 10 minutes with automatic stirring.

Simmer the Pulusu

Add water to the jar. The device will simmer the curry on low heat for approximately 18 minutes, stirring continuously to ensure a thick and flavorful consistency.

The dish is ready. Garnish with fresh minced coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice.
