Ingredients

  • 1 piece Dried Red Chilli (whole)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (whole)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (root cut)
  • 2 tbsp Groundnut Oil
  • 1 piece Onion (cut in four)
  • 0.5 piece Yellow Bell Pepper (deseeded)
  • 250 g Chicken Breast (cut)
  • 100 g Button Mushroom (washed)
  • 40 g Thai Curry Paste
  • 200 g Coconut Milk
  • 80 ml Water
  • 50 g Broccoli (cut)
  • 10 leaves Basil (trimmed)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions

Prepare the aromatics

Add chillies, garlic, ginger, coriander stems, onion, and bell pepper to The Upliance jar. The device will cut the aromatics and sauté them in oil on low heat for approximately 6 minutes.

Sauté the protein

The device will now cook the chicken. Add chicken pieces and mushrooms to the jar. Select sauté mode and let The Upliance cook on low heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Simmer the curry

Repeat the above process by adding Thai curry paste, spices, coconut milk, water, and broccoli. The device will simmer the mixture on low heat for 25 minutes to develop the flavors.

The dish is ready

Add lemon juice and fresh basil leaves to the jar for a final mix. The Green Thai Curry is ready to be poured into a bowl and served hot.
