Ingredients

  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1.5 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut in two)
  • 2 stems Celery (cleaned)
  • 2 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil (measured)
  • 150 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • 140 g Sona Masoori Rice (washed)
  • 370 g TetraPak Milk (standard)
  • 350 ml Water (filtered)
  • 1 piece Bay Leaf (whole)
  • 20 g Cheese Cube (whole)
  • 1 tbsp Oregano Seasoning (dried)
  • 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 0.5 tbsp Oregano Seasoning (for garnish)
  • 0.5 tsp Chilli Flakes (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Aromatics

Add garlic, green chillies, halved onion, and celery stems to The Upliance jar. Add pomace olive oil.

Chop and Sauté

The device will now cut the vegetables and sauté the aromatics on low heat for approximately 3 minutes.

Add Corn and Cook Risotto

Add sweet corn and sauté on low heat for 5 minutes. Then add washed rice, milk, water, cheese, bay leaf, and spices. The device will cook the risotto on low heat for 23 minutes with automatic stirring.

Garnish and Serve

The dish is ready. Pour into a bowl and garnish with remaining oregano seasoning and chilli flakes before serving.
