Ingredients

  • 140 g Basmati Rice (measured, washed, soaked)
  • 400 g Water
  • 50 g Soya Chunks (soaked in hot water)
  • 300 g Hot Water
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (removed)
  • 2 pieces Onion (cut into four)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (root cut)
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 1 tsp Fennel Seeds
  • 2.5 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 Dried Red Chilli
  • 100 g Potato (cut in cubes)
  • 0.5 tbsp Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add soaked rice, ghee, jeera, fennel seeds, coriander powder, garam masala, and dried red chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with speed 14. The device will automatically stir.

The device will now cook aromatics

Add onion, green chilli, garlic, and coriander to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 3 minutes with speed 14. The device will automatically stir.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add soaked soya chunks, potato, and remaining water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Stir gently. Select cook mode at 95°C for 11 minutes. The device will automatically stir. Then let it rest for 5 minutes.

The dish is ready

Garnish with minced coriander leaves. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically keep the dish warm. Serve hot.
