Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp ghee (melted)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 2 green chillies (finely chopped)
  • 6 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 0.25 tsp hing
  • 0.5 tsp jeera
  • 0.75 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.75 tsp garam masala
  • 1 piece capsicum (cut into four)
  • 300g babycorn (halved)
  • 10 stems coriander leaves (chopped)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add ghee, onion, green chillies, garlic, ginger to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 120°C for 5 minutes until onions turn translucent. The Upliance 2.0 will automatically stir.

The device will now cook aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté the aromatics for another 2 minutes. Add turmeric powder, hing, jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, and garam masala. Stir well.

Add vegetables and cook

Add capsicum and babycorn to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select simmer mode at 100°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. Add salt to taste.

The dish is ready

Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. The Babycorn Subzi is ready to be served from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
