Ingredients

  • 100 g Singhada Flour
  • 20 nos Cashews (whole)
  • 300 ml Water
  • 100 g Jaggery
  • 5 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tsp Green Cardamom Powder

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Singhada Flour, Cashews, and Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now roast the Singhada flour at 110°C for 3 minutes using automatic stirring.

The device will now cook the halwa

Add water and Jaggery to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set The Upliance 2.0 to cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring at speed 13 and a stir duty of 6. The device will automatically adjust temperature and stirring as needed.

Repeat the above with remaining ingredients

Add Green Cardamom Powder to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Continue cooking at 95°C for an additional 5 minutes with automatic stirring, maintaining stir duty of 6. The device will automatically adjust temperature and stirring as needed.

The dish is ready

Once the halwa thickens and reaches desired consistency, remove from The Upliance 2.0 jar. Garnish with additional cashews and serve warm.
