    • 1.5 tsp Salt
    • 1 piece Onion (halved)
    • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
    • 0.25 tsp Jeera (Cumin Seeds)
    • 0.125 tsp Methi Seeds (Fenugreek)
    • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
    • 10 g Split Urad Dal
    • 0.5 tbsp Coriander Seeds
    • 2 tbsp Tamarind Paste
    • 1 tsp Jaggery Powder

    Bitter Gourd Plain is a simple and nutritious dish that highlights the natural flavors of bitter gourd. The bitter gourd is thinly sliced and cooked until tender, allowing its unique taste to shine through. Pair with Chapati

      Boil the bitter gourd

      Add sliced bitter gourd, water, and salt to The Upliance jar. The device will boil the vegetable on low heat for 10 minutes to tenderize it. Once done, strain the gourd and set aside.
