Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Refined Oil
  • 12 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 100 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 3 tbsp Salt

Add ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Garlic, Jeera, Kashmiri Mirch, Roasted Salted Peanuts, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Select The Upliance 2.0's roasting mode. Set the temperature to 100°C and the time to 15 minutes. The device will automatically stir the ingredients.

The device will now make the chutney

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically blend the roasted spices into a chutney for 20 seconds at speed 12, followed by 10 seconds at speed 10 and finally 10 seconds at speed 11 with a stir duty of 6 and stir angle of 140. The device will automatically stir the ingredients.

The chutney is ready

The Upliance 2.0 will signal completion. Carefully remove the chutney from The Upliance 2.0 jar and store as instructed.
