    • 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
    • 3 tsp Jeera Powder
    • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 1.5 tsp Salt
    • 1 piece Capsicum (cutFour)
    • 80 g Chicken Sausages (cut)
    • 80 g Prawns (cut)
    • 100 g Chicken - Breast (washed)
    • 140 g Basmati Rice (measure)
    • 380 ml Water
    • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)

    Instructions

    This Sab kuch Pulao, is inspired by Jambalaya, a one-pot dish that's made with rice, meat or seafood, and vegetables. It uses the holy trinity of Creole cooking-Celery, onion, and green bell pepper. All in all, precision and correctness are not the goal of Creole and Cajun cooking, delight is

      Add Aromatics and Sauté

      Add 3 tbsp Pomace Olive Oil, 3 tsp Rosemary (Dried or Fresh), 3 Dried Red Chilli (remove), 10 cloves Garlic (peel), 3 stem Celery (remove), 1.5 piece Onion (cut into four), 1 piece Green Chilli (remove), and 2 piece Tomato (cut into two) to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will sauté these ingredients at low heat for 8 minutes with automatic stirring until aromatic and softened.

      Add Spices, Capsicum, and Sauté Further

      Add 1 tsp Kashmiri Mirch, 3 tsp Jeera Powder, 2 tsp Coriander Powder, 1.5 tsp Salt, and 1 piece Capsicum (cut into four) to The Upliance jar. The device will now cut the newly added ingredients for approximately 26 seconds. Following this, it will continue to sauté the mixture with the previously added ingredients at low heat for 12 minutes and 30 seconds with automatic stirring.

      Add Meats, Rice, Water, and Cook

      Repeat the above process by adding 80 g Chicken Sausages (cut), 80 g Prawns (cut), 100 g Chicken Breast (washed), 140 g Basmati Rice (measured), and 380 ml Water to The Upliance jar. The Upliance will then cook the jambalaya at low heat for approximately 32 minutes without stirring, allowing the rice to absorb the flavors and cook evenly.

      Garnish and Serve

      The dish is ready. Garnish the Jambalaya with 2 stem Coriander Leaves (minced) and serve hot for a delightful meal.
