Ingredients

  • 1.5 pieces Fish Steaks (cut)
  • 2 pieces Green Chilli (removed)
  • 12 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves (rootCut)
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric Powder (powder)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tbsp Mustard Oil (measure)
  • 80 g Tomato (peeled)
  • 120 g Potato
  • 50 g Spinach (trim)
  • 350 g Water

Add aromatics to jar

Add Green Chilli, Garlic, and Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

The device will now sauté aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will automatically sauté the aromatics in Mustard Oil for 3 minutes at 95°C. Automatic stirring ensures even cooking.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add Fish Steaks, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper, Salt, Tomato, Potato, and Spinach to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with automatic stirring. Then, let it simmer for 12 minutes at 95°C without stirring.
