    • 2 tbsp Mustard Oil
    • 1.5 piece Tomato (cut in two)
    • 2 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
    • 12 cloves Garlic (peeled)
    • 10 stem Coriander Roots (root cut)
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powdered)
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 0.5 tbsp Rice Flour
    • 80 g Potato (peeled)
    • 120 g Fish Steaks
    • 50 g Spinach (trimmed)
    • 350 g Water
    • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

    An aromatic fish curry from coastal Karnataka. This is a recipe where you make the sauce in DelishUp and fry the fish on stove and then cook all the goodness together in DelishUp. Pair with fluffy appams, dosa or rice

      Prepare the oil and aromatics

      Add mustard oil to The Upliance jar. The device will smoke the oil on medium heat for 3 minutes. After the beep, add tomatoes, green chillies, garlic, and coriander roots to the jar.

      The Upliance will sauté the aromatics on low heat for 5 minutes using automatic stirring to create a flavorful tempered base for the curry.

      Add fish and simmer

      Add turmeric, pepper, salt, rice flour, potatoes, spinach, fish steaks, and water. The device will gently cook the curry on low heat for 22 minutes, managing the blade speed to keep the fish intact.
