DelishUps take on the paneer pulao

Add 140g of soaked Basmati rice, 400g of water, 0.25 tsp green cardamom, 0.5 tsp cinnamon stick, 1.5 tbsp jeera, and 1 tbsp star anise to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 110°C for 30 seconds with speed 14 using automatic stirring.
The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically sauté 2 pieces of cut onion, 1 green chili, 6 cloves of peeled garlic, 80g of cut ginger, and 5g of peeled coriander leaves at 95°C for 4 minutes with speed 14. Then, add 200g of cut paneer, 1 tsp coriander powder, 0.5 tsp turmeric, 0.5 tsp Kashmiri mirch, 1 tsp garam masala, 0.5 tsp black pepper, and 1 tsp salt. Cook for 5 minutes at 20°C with speed 1, then continue cooking at 95°C for 5 minutes with speed 14 using automatic stirring and scraping.
Add the 1 tomato to The Upliance 2.0 jar and cook for an additional 10 minutes at 95°C with speed 14. Then, strain water from the soaked rice and add it to the jar. Cook at 95°C for 10 minutes with speed 1, followed by 20 minutes at 95°C with speed 0. Finally, cook for another 3 minutes at 20°C with speed 1, then 20 minutes at 95°C with speed 0.
After cooking, let the rice sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with 0.5 tbsp coriander leaves and serve. The Matar Paneer Pulao is ready.
