Ingredients

  • 40 g Sona Masoori Rice (washed)
  • 40 g Moong Dal Split - Yellow (washed)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (remove)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.25 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 1 piece Cinnamon Stick (remove)
  • 2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 inches Ginger
  • 2 Dried Red Chilli
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 1 tsp Jeera
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 1.5 tsp Sugar
  • 2 piece Dried Red Chilli (cutTwo)
  • 50 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 0.5 piece Capsicum (cutFour)
  • 40 g Tomato (wash)
  • 30 g Carrot (peelncut)
  • 50 g Potato (cutTwo)
  • 400 ml Water
  • 50 g French Beans (wash)
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 2 stem Coriander Leaves (mince)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add Ginger, Green Chilli, Cinnamon Stick, Jeera, Hing, and Ghee to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 90 seconds until aromatics are fragrant.

The device will now cook Khichdi

Add Sona Masoori Rice, Moong Dal Split - Yellow, Turmeric, Jeera Powder, Dried Red Chilli, Garam Masala, Salt, Sugar, Capsicum, Tomato, Carrot, Potato, French Beans, and Water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer the khichdi for 36 minutes with automatic stirring.

Repeat the above

Continue cooking with temperature set to 100°C for 5 minutes, ensuring consistent stirring and even heat distribution within The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Garnish with remaining ghee and coriander leaves. The dish is now ready to be served, fully prepared within The Upliance 2.0 jar with automatic stirring and precise temperature control.
