    Ingredients

    • 40 g Sona Masoori Rice (washed and soaked for 2 hours)
    • 40 g Basmati Rice (washed and soaked for 2 hours)
    • 40 g Moong Dal Yellow (washed and soaked for 2 hours)
    • 3 tbsp Ghee (divided)
    • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
    • 1 Green Chilli (whole)
    • 1 set Whole Spices (Jeera, Hing, Dried Red Chilli, Clove, Cinnamon)
    • 250 g Mixed Vegetables (Potato, Tomato, Capsicum, Beans, Carrot, Cabbage, Peas)
    • 400 ml Water
    • 1 tsp Garam Masala
    • 2 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

    Instructions

      Temper the spices

      Add 2 tbsp ghee, ginger, green chilli, and whole spices to The Upliance jar. The device will sauté the aromatics on medium heat for 2 minutes to release the essential oils.

      Process vegetables

      Add all mixed vegetables, turmeric, garam masala, salt, and sugar to the jar. The device will chop the vegetables and sauté them on low heat for 6 minutes with automatic stirring.

      Cook the Khichdi

      Add the soaked rice, moong dal, and water to The Upliance jar. The device will cook the mixture on medium heat for approximately 42 minutes, stirring continuously until soft and mushy.

    4. 4

      Garnish and serve

      The dish is ready. Add the remaining 1 tbsp ghee and fresh coriander leaves to the jar. The device will mix it briefly. Serve hot with pickle and curd.
