Ingredients

  • 80 g Black Chickpeas (soaked overnight and boiled)
  • 2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 10 stems Coriander Leaves
  • 0.5 tsp Honey
  • 1.5 tsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp Basil
  • 1 piece Capsicum (cut into quarters)
  • 1 piece Onion (cut into quarters)
  • 100 g Carrot (peeled and cut)
  • 100 g Apple (deseeded)
  • 20 g Roasted Salted Peanuts
  • 30 g Medium Poha (washed)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt

Instructions

Add dressing ingredients to jar

Add Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, peeled Garlic, Coriander Leaves, Honey, Red Chilli Sauce, and Basil to The Upliance jar. Ensure the blade is set correctly.
