  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (none)
  • 0.5 tsp Methi Seeds (none)
  • 3 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 Green Chilli (remove)
  • 32 g Besan Flour (none)
  • 1 tsp Turmeric (none)
  • 0.25 tsp Dried Red Chilli (none)
  • 3 tbsp Tamarind Paste (none)
  • 2 piece Drumstick (e533b91c-28d6-4957-9cbe-efd1a4dcd1fa)
  • 60 g Potato (c128c8f8-a959-4cf5-9f92-a22c05972d70)
  • 60 g Bhindi (cutInCubes)
  • 2 Tomatoes (remove)
  • 1 stem Coriander Leaves (cd009293-4726-410e-b727-7e45779bfeb0)
  • 400 g Water (none)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Refined Oil, Jeera, Methi Seeds, Ginger, and Green Chilli to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 100°C for 30 seconds. The device will now temper the spices.

The device will now roast Besan

Add Besan Flour to The Upliance 2.0 jar. The device will now roast the Besan with aromatics at 100°C for 5 minutes with automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients to jar

Add Turmeric, Dried Red Chilli, Tamarind Paste, Drumstick, Potato, Bhindi, Tomatoes, and Coriander Leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance simmer for 15 minutes with automatic stirring. Add water and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
