Amritsari Paneer Bhurji is a rich, creamy dish that distinguishes itself from the traditional dry paneer bhurji. It features a luscious gravy, enhanced by the tanginess of curd and the aromatic blend of spices.
Add 1 Green Chilli (deseeded), 8 g Peeled Ginger, 8 cloves Peeled Garlic, 1 roughly chopped Onion, and 10 g roughly chopped Tomato to The Upliance jar. The device will automatically chop these ingredients for 10 seconds at low heat. Then, add 30 g Refined Oil, 0.25 tsp Butter, 0.5 tsp Jeera, 0.5 tbsp Mustard Seeds, and 0.5 tsp Hing. The Upliance will sauté these at high heat for 30 seconds to temper.
The Upliance will continue to sauté the chopped ingredients with the tempering spices at high heat for 7 minutes, developing a rich aromatic gravy with automatic stirring.
Add 0.5 tsp Besan Flour, 0.5 tsp Turmeric, 0.25 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala, 2 tbsp Salt, 10 g Curd, and 1 piece Chaat Masala to The Upliance jar. Next, add 200 g cubed Paneer and 50 ml Water. The Upliance will now cook the bhurji, simmering at medium heat for approximately 5 minutes and 30 seconds, with automatic stirring, allowing the paneer to absorb the rich flavors.
Once the cooking cycle is complete, the Amritsari Paneer Bhurji is ready. Transfer the luscious bhurji to a serving bowl and enjoy with rotis or naan. Remember to clean The Upliance jar immediately after use.
