Ingredients

  • 0.5 tsp Chaat Masala
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric (powdered)
  • 0.25 tsp Hing
  • 1 tbsp Jeera (cumin seeds)
  • 10 g Green Chilli (finely chopped)
  • 1 Onion (peeled and chopped)
  • 8 g Ginger (peeled and chopped)
  • 8 cloves Garlic (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 piece Tomato (cut in half)
  • 10 g Besan Flour
  • 0.5 tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cut in half)
  • 0.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 30 g Paneer (cubed)
  • 50 ml Curd
  • 200 g Paneer (cubed)

Instructions

Add initial ingredients to jar

Add Chaat Masala, Turmeric, Hing, Jeera, Green Chilli, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, Besan Flour, Pav Bhaji Masala, Refined Oil, and Salt to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Select "Cutting Aromatics" mode on The Upliance 2.0. The device will automatically chop the aromatics at 20°C for 10 minutes using automatic stirring.

Add remaining ingredients and cook

Add the cubed Paneer and Curd to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select "Cooking Paneer Bhurji" mode. The device will automatically cook at 95°C for 15 minutes with automatic stirring.
