Ingredients

  • 140 g Basmati Rice (soaked and drained)
  • 1.5 tbsp Ghee
  • Whole Spices (Cinnamon, Cardamom, Bay Leaf, Red Chilli)
  • 60 g Onion (chopped)
  • 60 g Carrot (chopped)
  • 100 g Frozen Peas (washed)
  • 50 g Sweet Corn (washed)
  • Powdered Spices (Salt, Kashmiri Mirch, Coriander, Garam Masala)
  • 350 ml Water
  • 4 stems Coriander Leaves (minced)

Instructions

Add spices and vegetables to jar

Add ghee, whole spices, chopped onions, carrots, peas, corn, and powdered spices to The Upliance jar.

The device will sauté the vegetable mixture on medium heat for 5 minutes with automatic stirring to release flavors.

Add rice and water

Add the soaked, strained rice and 350ml water to the jar mixture.

The dish is ready

The device will cook the rice on low heat for 32 minutes. Once done, garnish with minced coriander leaves and serve.
