Add sweet potatoes and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select boil mode at 95°C for 30 minutes. The device will automatically maintain temperature and stir occasionally.
Once boiling is complete, The Upliance 2.0 will automatically switch to a low simmer for 2 minutes to ensure the sweet potatoes are cooked through. Then, strain the sweet potatoes using a sieve outside the device and set aside to cool.
Add rock salt, amchur powder, kashmiri mirch, and sugar to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select mix mode at 20°C for 10 seconds. Add curd and mix for an additional 10 seconds using speed 2 and a stir duty of 6. The device will automatically stir.
Gently fold in the cooled sweet potatoes and sev into the curd mixture outside of the device. Garnish with pomegranate pearls. The Sweet Potato Chaat is ready to serve.
