    • 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
    • 1 tsp Jeera
    • 12 leaves Curry Leaves
    • 0.25 tsp Hing
    • 200 g Carrot (peeled)
    • 0.75 tsp Salt
    • 2 tsp Coriander Powder
    • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
    • 70 ml Water
    • 30 g Grated Coconut

    Instructions

    Carrot sabzi is a simple and nutritious dish that celebrates carrots' natural sweetness and crunch. The carrots are minced and sautéed with aromatic spices until tender yet retain a slight bite. This vibrant and colorful side dish pairs well with a variety of main courses
