Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera (whole)
  • 400 g Mustard Leaf (washed)
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp Kashmiri Mirch
  • 0.5 tsp Jeera Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Coriander Powder
  • 0.5 tsp Garam Masala
  • 40 ml Water
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli (stem removed)
  • 4 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Onion (halved)
  • 5 g Besan Flour
  • 1 piece Tomato (halved)
  • 10 g White Butter

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add refined oil, jeera, fresh mustard leaves, water, and dry spices to The Upliance jar. Close the lid securely.

The device will now cut and cook greens

The device will automatically chop the greens and cook them on low heat for 15 minutes with continuous stirring to break them down.

Add aromatics and finish cooking

Add onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, besan, and tomato to the jar. The device will chop the aromatics and sauté the mixture on medium heat for approximately 10 minutes.

The dish is ready

Your Sarso Ka Saag is ready. Serve hot from The Upliance jar topped with a dollop of white butter.
