Ingredients

  • 500 g Chicken - Curry Cut (washed)
  • 10 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 5 g Ginger (peeled)
  • 1 piece Green Chilli
  • 2.5 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 30 ml Water
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Brown Sugar
  • 0.5 tsp Maggi Magic Masala
  • 0.5 tbsp Corn Flour
  • 1.5 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 0.5 tsp White Sesame Seeds
  • 2 stems Spring Onion Green (fine chopped)

Instructions

Prepare aromatics

Add peeled garlic, ginger, and green chilli to The Upliance jar to begin the flavor base.

Chop and marinate

The device will now finely chop the aromatics for 10 seconds. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix chicken with salt, pepper, sugar, masala, corn flour, and soy sauce.

Cook the chicken

Add the marinated chicken mixture, oil, and water to the jar. The device will cook everything on low heat for approximately 40 minutes with automatic stirring.

Garnish and serve

The dish is ready. Once the cooking cycle is complete, garnish with white sesame seeds and chopped spring onions before serving.
