Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Refined Oil
  • 20 cloves Garlic (peeled)
  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder)
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce
  • 0.5 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce
  • 4 stems Spring Onion Green (finely chopped)
  • 400 g Pre Steamed Rice

Instructions

Add ingredients to jar

Add 2 tbsp Refined Oil, 20 cloves Garlic (peeled), 0.25 tsp Black Pepper (powder), 0.5 tsp Salt, 0.25 tbsp Red Chilli Sauce, 0.5 tbsp Dark Soy Sauce, and 4 stems Spring Onion Green (finely chopped) to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The device will now cut/cook aromatics

The Upliance 2.0 will now automatically cut the garlic. Select the "Cutting Garlic" preset. Then select the "Sautéing Aromatics" preset at 95°C for 2 minutes with automatic stirring in The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Repeat the above

Add 400 g Pre Steamed Rice to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select the "Making Fried Rice" preset. The device will automatically stir and cook the rice at 95°C for 5 minutes, followed by a further 30 minutes at 95°C with automatic stirring in The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The dish is ready

The Garlic Fried Rice is ready. Garnish with 1 stem Spring Onion Green (cut in three) and serve from The Upliance 2.0 jar.
