  • 0.5 tsp Methi Seeds
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (washed)
  • 1 piece Onion (cutTwo)
  • 300 g Red Pumpkin (f4343e94-7a40-45e2-b0af-c15027df3dd6)
  • 1 tbsp Tamarind Paste
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Mustard Seeds
  • 150 ml Water

Add initial ingredients to the jar

Add refined oil, turmeric, methi seeds, and curry leaves to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

Add remaining ingredients

Add cut onion and pumpkin to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Then add tamarind paste, salt, mustard seeds and water to The Upliance 2.0 jar.

The dish is ready to serve

The Upliance 2.0 will cook the pumpkin at 95°C for 1200 seconds, then for 600 seconds. Serve with rice.
