Ingredients

  • 1 piece Green Chilli (cutTwo)
  • 1 piece Onion (remove)
  • 0.5 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 50 ml Water
  • 270 g French Beans (669918cf-2455-4408-b1b7-b6fbc9f5725e)
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Oil
  • 10 g Coconut (Shredded )
  • 10 leaves Curry Leaves (wash)
  • 20 g Mustard Seeds (6277759d-c201-4c9e-8d06-5d8c9614b305)

Instructions

Add aromatics to jar

Add Green Chilli (cutTwo), Onion (remove), Coconut Oil, Mustard Seeds (6277759d-c201-4c9e-8d06-5d8c9614b305) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Select sauté mode at 95°C for 10 minutes with speed 8 and lid on. The device will now cut/cook aromatics.

The device will now cook beans

Add Turmeric powder, Salt, Water, French Beans (669918cf-2455-4408-b1b7-b6fbc9f5725e), Black Pepper to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 720 minutes with automatic stirring and lid on. The device will now cook beans.

Add spices and garnish

Add Curry Leaves (wash), Coconut (Shredded ) to The Upliance 2.0 jar. Set temperature to 95°C and let Upliance cook for 180 seconds with automatic stirring and lid off. Repeat the above process. The device will now cook spices.
